Covid-19 Update

We would like to update visitors and offer reassurance that we at The West Gate are doing everything practicable to keep our residents and employees safe during this unprecedented spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We would like to confirm that our residents and staff have regular testing.

We are now open for visitors and we ask that everyone visiting to always wear a face mask within the home. If giving personal care to your loved ones, please wear full PPE.

In the event of an outbreak, we will inform all families, as we may have to put the home into lockdown.  We would allow essential care givers visits only until the home was clear again.

The West Gate is committed to following all the up-to-date government guidelines to ensure our clients remain safe.

We aim to follow the government guidelines at all times.

Please call the home for the latest updates and requirements for the home.
